Subscription and Payment Terms

When purchasing a subscription or service on TradeTrove, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Payment is processed securely via third-party gateways, and by completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We do not offer auto-renewal for subscriptions. You must manually renew your subscription at the end of the plan. Subscribers can switch between plans by emailing us at info@tradetrove.in.

Report Delivery and Access

Reports are delivered through our web dashboard, which you can access anytime through your account. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery and dashboard availability, technical issues may occasionally cause delays or temporary unavailability. By subscribing, you acknowledge that TradeTrove is not liable for any missed or delayed deliveries due to technical issues beyond our control.

Dashboard Access and Data

Your account provides access to current and historical reports through our web dashboard. We maintain your report access history and account preferences to provide personalized service. You can modify your settings and preferences through your account dashboard.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not applicable as our platform provides digital services that cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
